Customer Service/ Business Admin Apprenticeship - Kettering

 Hours: Monday to Friday / 9 to 5

Hourly Rate: Initially apprenticeship


Job Description:  This position is for a flexible, versatile person looking for something a little bit different who has excellent computer and communication skills.  Although not a teaching role you will be required to support customers who are not confident in using ICT and the internet.  The role will involve meeting, greeting and directing clients as it is based at reception along with supporting staff and customers with administration support.

 Main Duties:

  • General administration duties
  • Reception – greeting customers
  • Answering the telephone and making calls to customers
  • Update and monitor social media sites
