Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service

This qualification is designed for those who’ve already established themselves in a customer service role. The level 3 training course will enable individuals to:

  • start to make permanent service delivery improvements
  • prepare and deliver customer services
  • understand customers and how to retain them
  • exceed customer expectations
  • quickly and effectively resolve complaints
  • develop a social media strategy for a customer service department
  • progress their career to roles such as Customer Service Manager, Key Account Manager and Customer Service Team Leader.

Candidates who want to register on the customer services level 3 training course don’t need to have achieved any specific qualifications before starting, although it’s advisable to complete customer services training at level 2 first. On graduation, popular natural progressions include the Level 3 Diploma in Management or Team Leading .
