eVolve your future
eVolve your future: Built with Purpose
eVolve your future was founded in 2006 to significantly improve the working lives of those it served. This purpose has remained, and is welcomed by government organisations, employers and private individuals alike.
Addressing issues and strengthening weaknesses
eVolve your future is an established single entity organisation that has successfully delivered careers advice, guidance and training services to over 25,000 customers. Our customer base is diverse, because of contracts we deliver on behalf of the Skills Funding Agency, the Department for Work and Pensions, the European Social Fund and various local authorities.
eVolve your future operates ‘welfare to work’, vocational and non-vocational skills development (including NCFE, City & Guilds, BCS and British Safety Council-accredited qualifications/units) as well as individually tailored programmes to support all client groups across the East Midlands and the East of England. This includes the Department for Work and Pensions/European Social Fund-funded ‘Families’, the Jobcentre Plus Flexible Support Fund contract ‘Lone Parent Support Programme’, and the Skills Funding Agency/ESF-funded ‘Skills Support for Redundancy’, ‘Skills Support for the Unemployed’, ‘16-18 Apprenticeships’, ‘19+ Apprenticeships’ and ‘National Careers Service’. Recently we have taken on the Pitman brand as a commercial arm of the business, so we are now in a position to offer a wider selection of courses, which can be delivered in training centres or, alternatively, by distance learning. The courses range from Microsoft Office to AAT, plus many more.
eVolve your future was set up by Kay Brockall, who is currently the Managing Director and sole owner of the company. Kay has been running eVolve your future since 2007 and now has 28 staff and associates. Prior to starting her business, Kay trained as a Skills for Life tutor and worked for Northamptonshire County Council in the Adult Learning Department as a Skills for Life manager.
To continue to build on what we do well, and evolve to meet changing client and stakeholder needs.
We are happy to support every individual who comes through our doors or contacts us: we will help them to grow and eVolve into the person they want to be. In doing this, we provide:
Education and employability training, careers advice, guidance and consultancy.
Vocational and non-vocational training and employment skills packages, reflecting the modern skills, knowledge and development required by industries. This includes working with and listening to employers and employees to design and deliver bespoke training support.
Opportunities created by working with partners across all sectors to develop and/or support work experience, apprenticeships and voluntary work experience as a stepping stone to employment.
Local service delivery, providing support at a grass-roots level within the community, for local clients, working in partnership with local employers and service providers.
Valuable employment skills and support to get unemployed or economically inactive clients back into the workforce. We provide accredited training and support that is delivered by highly experienced and qualified trainers.
Equality and diversity that embraces and respects gender, age, nationality, race, disability, sexual orientation, religious belief, married or civil partnerships, pregnancy, maternity rights, trade union membership, or other conditions not justified in law.
